Hair Problems

Advice is needed to diagnose your problem and recommend the right course of treatment. If your condition is treatable, treatments will be carried out in the clinic and products will be prescribed for you to use at home.

Consultations lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and includes

• Discussion of your problem
• Examination of your scalp and hair
• Diagnoses of your problem
• Treatment recommendations
• Advice on Hair care, styling and products

Hair should not be washed for at lead 24 hours before your appointment.

On the day of your appointment please bring with you

• Any Hair Care products your currently using
• Any oral or topical medication you are taking
• Any supplement’s you are taking
• Pathology, biopsy or blood test results you may have
• The full name and address of your GP
• Anything else you feel would be helpful

Blood tests need to have been taken in the last three months. In a small number of cases further investigation may be needed before a final diagnosis can be given.

Cant come to the clinic?

We recommend having a consultation before any treatment is recommended. However if you cant come to the clinic but would still like to try our products, non medicated hair care products can be purchased through our online shop.
