Natasha Dennis IAT a Trichologist based in South London was asked by Michelle Oloranda of Naturally Nubian workshops to give a talk to a group of women with natural hair on Sunday 10th July 2011. It was an informal session aimed at teaching black women about common hair problems and how to look after their hair. ‘The session was a huge success’ says Natasha owner of the Black Hair Clinic based in South London. ‘It was a very informal and interactive session where everyone felt comfortable sharing their ideas and opinions’ Natasha adds. The session addressed specific subject matters such as understanding your hair, hair loss and breakage, stress and nutritional related hair loss and scalp problems.
The stress Game: Opinions run high as the ladies are asked to put a list of ‘stressful life events’ in order of importance.
