After years of wearing tight braids without proper care and attention, it was only a matter of time before my hair and scalp would suffer. My moment of realisation came when I last took out the braids and really noticed thin patches along my hairline at the front and the sides. I travelled from Germany in January 2011 with my mum Theresa to see Natasha about my mum’s hair. She had for a long time been losing her hair which also was very dry. Natasha was very warm and helpful throughout whole process from when we first contacted her to when we arrived in England helping us to settle in. Natasha spent a long time with us on the day and we felt very comfortable in her presence. She told my mum what the problem was and was honest about the future outcome of her hair. I flew out from Germany to see Natasha in 2008 after being highly recommended by a friend who also lives in Germany. I had severe hair loss and many bald spots on my scalp. I live in Germany and there are no Trichologist’s out here. Natasha examined my hair and scalp told me what the problem was. She treated my hair on the day but because I had to fly back to Germany the same day she prescribed me some treatments to use at home and instructions on how to handle my hair. She has since then a very patient and devoted consultant. My hair has grown back and there are no bald spots anymore. My hair was dry and brittle and now it is soft and feels just wonderful.
