Hair Problems

A consultation is needed to diagnose your problem and recommend the right course of treatment. If your condition is treatable, treatments will be carried out in the clinic and products will be prescribed for you to use at home.

Consultations lasts for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and includes

• Discussion of your problem
• Examination of your scalp and hair
• Diagnoses of your problem
• Treatment recommendations
• Advice on Hair care, styling and products

Hair should not be washed for at lead 24 hours before your appointment.

On the day of your appointment please bring with you

• Any Hair Care products you are currently using
• Any oral or topical medication you are taking
• Any supplement’s you are taking
• Pathology, biopsy or blood test results you may have
• The full name and address of your GP
• Anything else you feel would be helpful

Blood tests need to have been taken in the last three months. In a small number of cases further investigation may be needed before a final diagnosis can be given.

Treatments in the clinic last for approximately 25 minutes.

Medicated Treatments

Medicated treatments can be prescribed after a consultation and can be used in conjunction with the treatments you have at the clinic. Treatments are available in 100ml or 250ml sizes and start from just £5.

Nutritional Suppliments

Nutritional supplements can also be purchased after your consultation. We recommend having a Hair Mineral Analysis Test before buying any suppliments which will show you in a graph report, which nutrients you are deficient in and how they are affecting the health of your hair.
